【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析产妇康抚按摩治疗产后腰骶部疼痛,肩周痛,缺乳或乳胀,失眠,子宫收缩不良,便秘等产后病的效果。方法 针对患有不同产后病的产妇205例,用不同的康抚按摩手法进行按摩,观察疗效。结果 205例产妇接受有针对性的康抚按摩,症状均有不同程度的缓解。结论 产妇康抚对治疗产后腰骶部疼痛,肩周痛,缺乳或乳胀,失眠,子宫收缩不良,便秘等有明显疗效。
